Tickets for the tour will go on sale at 9:00 am on 04/23/2026. Tickets will not be able to be purchased prior to this time. This tour is very popular, and space is limited. Please refrain from purchasing tickets this year if you have visited the bog in the past five years. We want all of our Island neighbors to be able to experience this special place at least once, and we can only let in a small number of folks annually so we do not damage this ancient landscape. ________________________________________________________________________________ The tour will be roughly an hour and is a short half-mile trail. Please be prepared for slippery conditions, as most of the trail is on the moss itself. (Which can range from damp to WET.) If you or someone in your party needs more support on their feet, we recommend bringing hiking poles.
